I can’t say enough good things about Pack’d Inn K9. They truly feel like family, you know the ones that make you laugh and look forward to seeing each other lol. Every time I pick her up the girls always have a story or funny moment to share. It’s clear she’s genuinely known and loved, which has not been my experience before. Kila is not the cuddle and love you type of dog.
Kila was boarded for over a week. Unlike most boarding facilities, where she would be kept in a kennel. She was able to be part of the day train program, stay active, continue her training and do as many perimeter checks as she wanted.
I also LOVE all the videos and pictures they post — it honestly feels like I don’t miss a thing while I’m away. Seeing her play, train, and just be herself, meant I could relax and not worry about her. Yes we checked for pictures everyday.
The best part is they even sell her food. So now I don’t have to carry all of her heavy frozen food and explain how to prep it.
They were honest with me when she had a little separation anxiety one night (she is a German Shepherd after all!) and handled it with so much care and understanding.
Once all the excitement of being home was gone. I got ready to take her back for day train and was worried she wouldn’t want to leave me. To my surprise I came downstairs to her picking up her own collar and leash by the door. That’s the best review in my opinion.
I feel so grateful to have found Mariah, Seneca and the team. I can relax on vacation knowing she is being taken care of and is enjoying her own stay-cation.
